Current Conflicts

My husband and I are just beginning our adventure as parents.  Our daughter is 10 weeks old and there are already conflicts arising as to whether she will attend private or public school.  Since we know we have quite some time to decide this, we have not really discussed the matter.  After this week's readings on conflict resolution I think we should discuss our reasons behind our choices rather than just stating what we want.  Additionally, I think we need to focus on the facts of education today and not on how we remember school being when we were children.
